When is fix for this problem?

Becauze it is troubleshooting

You do know that not every situation is the same right?

Does your account region match your actual region if not then it will cauze download issues

If not your situation what about another person?

You dont know if it is the server or the persons fault you have to ask the person the correct questions

Sometimes it the connextion type like fibre or lte Or ttheir dsl is too slow

I suggest you call a tech support line it is the exact same proccess

Questions are asked and troubleshooting is suggested

You wont get far in life if you dont answer questions

There is no way for us to read your minds

Most of the time its because of a region mismatch which would cause most of the problems

But beczuae not everyone list or provide the troubleshooting info listed in the download sticky for us to help them

Questions have to be asked

Maybe you should take the time to actually help people

That's my favorite. "Has something changed about your internet speed? That might be the problem. Oh yeah, has your region info changed since two days ago when you downloaded something?" ive tried it all as well. clearing cache. tried deleting the file itself
but it doesnt even download enough to register that its on the hard drive. ah well. guess ill spend some money with someone else until this all gets fixed. just a shame.

Ok, the whole entire not being able to buy it at all thing was on my side, but still, please explain as to why so many people are having all these problems? But yeah it turned out my card info was messed up and I'm just going to wait untill all these downloading
problems are fixed and use my paypal.

xxO Ninja Oxx , exactly the same situation here with me, just to correct you, and to make this even more sad, the service alert is up form the 2nd of march, the day i purchased my game and i still can't download it, they just changed it on the 5th as they
saw it might take a bit longer to fix, and they didn't want it to look as they need a whole week to solve it. today is day seven since my purchase and i still don't have the game.

I was thinking about asking almost this exact question but kinda knew i would get the same dodgy, robotic answer from every other post about downloads. The downloading of content has been messed up for 3 and a half days now... which is not to be expected
from a company like microsoft. You sure could take my money, please fix the system so I can now download the game I've already paid for.
