    When I try to install/open most new games in Xbox Game Pass I will receive an error similar to this:

    I had no issues prior to upgrading to Windows 11 from Windows 10.

    I have not been able to find any reasonable steps to try from Microsoft regarding this issue and the now missing NTVDM since upgrading. In desperation I have tried to use WineVDM to no avail.

    I know that it is something specific to Game Pass since there have been a few games that I own through Steam that will run without issue.

    Any help would be appreciated otherwise I'll just have to cancel my subscription and move on.

    When you open the Xbox app on your PC, no games are showed there? What exactly the app showed you when you open it?

    Also, you said you installed, 11 of them, you cannot see them installed on your PC?
    They installed Windows 11, not "installed 11" games.

    When Windows 11 is installed, it's like a new Windows, and all the game pass games are no longer recognized, and need to be reinstalled, you have to format the unit to reinstall the games and not lose the allocated part with the games.

    The Xbox app Game Pass App is going to come pre-installed on Windows 11, and Microsft want users to connect their controllers trouble free to the new OS.

    The biggest issue would be to check if your PC is compatible for Windows 11, not your controllers.

    In any event, Win 11 won't suddenly make Win 10 obsolete.
