    I recently bought a new Xbox One S in bundle and I got 1 monthly EA Access subscription with that. The issue is that I can't redeem my code. I tried on the Xbox and on computer but none of them worked. On computer I got this error code:

    Looks like you're trying to redeem on your phone, can you try redeeming on your console or from a PC to see if there's any change? Let us know :)
