When I was switching from xbox one to pc all my save data became lost on both devices

I am signed in to the same accounts on both iPhone and PC. Games will not save on iPhone nor PC, even though when possible I attempt to load my save data from the cloud. Cloud storage doesn’t have any saved data regardless of the device I use. I’ve been trying all day long to get it to save my games but it just won’t work

For whatever reason, after reinstalling my profile and launching Forza the synced data from the cloud was not correct. I lost all of my progress in the game (20+ million cr, lvl 110, lots of rare cars). Is there any way to obtain old cloud save data? I
know I have cloud saves as I switch between PC and Xbox. All gone now.

What was the one time you lost save data that really bothered you, like accidentally deleting the wrong save or if a save corrupted etc. For me it was when I got a really high rank on halo reach and my save data randomly deleted and I lost everything.

probably only minor save data. I'm very big about backing up data. Be it on cloud (one drive / dropbox) and I have dual 4 drive NAS devices on my nextwork. I will back up my xbox 360 USB sticks once every few years and now that xbox one cloud data is
pretty solid, I think my boggest issue is glitcjed acvhievements, or trying to find what the most recent version of something is....

If you're unable to use an Xbox 360 to verify that your saves are uploaded to the cloud, then it is possible that you may have lost access to your save data due to a corruption in the data or they've simply been lost when transferring to a new console. I've read that uninstalling the game and reinstalling or removing your account from the console and re-adding it may fix the issue if the saves are indeed not lost. Also, be sure that your device is both updated and connected to the internet.

Are there any other Xbox 360 games that are experiencing this issue?

I am playing on PC. Yesterday i played saved and turn off the PC. When i opened game today it asked me to use save file from either device or from cloud. I tried both of them but both options didn't load my save file. Also, there was no updates on game nor in PC.
