Yeah Paypal doesn't seem to work. Was trying to buy something with my paypal account and all I get is the message, that the content may not be bought with a credit card... Well... that's why I chose my paypal account... but still the same message... also
buying via xbox site doesn't work either... and the support it directs me to isn't helpful either... so I would like to know when I could expect to get the paypal service working. Why was it implemented if it just doesn't want to work?

nope, just checked everything, even used paypal and credit card to purchase something more expensive online both worked fine, only says caanot authorise payment when i try to use them to buy something from xbox live marketplace

You are trying to purchase points? That should work, anything with a currency value should work with paypal so that is weird it is telling you that.

When I set mine up it asked me for the paypal account name, then sends you to paypal to log in and confirm that you want to connect paypal to xbox and that was it. I then went to the xbox and used paypal to buy points.
