When i use play to from my pc the video lags on the xbox one

The sound syncs up with the audio but it just seems as if the whole movie is lagging. Anyone have a fix for this?

Streaming Issues

Hi there,

I am having video streaming issues since day one and have found no help so far. When in video I use the charms on the right, devices, then play on xbox one. My xbox will go to video and it says connecting to xbox one on my pc. Then my pc will eventually
give me an error message saying "Can't play. Sorry We're not sure what happened there. Please try again." With an error code Oxc1010091 (Oxc1010091). When I right click directly on the file and choose play to xbox one it will either do nothing or try to connect
to my xbox again while opening the xbox video on my xbox, but will eventually end with an error message saying that my xbox is not Microsoft Certified. I have tried restarting, returning to factory settings, checking all my connections, uninstalling and re-installing
video on both my pc and my xbox and spent an hour with a representative yesterday who seemed to know absolutely nothing about this.

Xbox One Disconnects from xbox live only when my PC is connected to my network!

I just upgraded my PC to one with windows 10 now every time I'm on the xbox one trying to play a game my ping goes to 400ms and I lag or disconnect from xbox live, but at the same time my PC also disconnects from the internet. This never happened until
I changed to this PC with windows 10. I need to find a way to fix this because I cant keep disconnecting my PC from my network when I want to play online.
