    Bingo

    My bingo is not working, can't get on. Also when I am at the end of the game and I click for more coins it comes up be hide the game instead of front of it. Also when I try to get more coins it doesn't work. That been going on some time.

    Having probs w/Daily Challenges.

    I get into the daily challenges and play one of them... I get the gold bars and then it gets stuck onto loading the coins... I have left it trying to load for more than 15 mins and it still was trying to load when I got back to the computer... I have
    replayed the same game over and over and it still doesn't get checked w/the coins... I have watched the commercials more than I have played the games... And I still can't get it to work right... It will give me one or 2 and then go back to not being
    able to load the game or the coins... I have restarted my computer and that doesn't work...

    Please help me... I love doing the daily challenges and I can't... Frustrating...

    I get the idea, but I think it would be better if Xbox introduced some type of additional points/currency like Amazon coins to go along with Gamerscore. I've worked pretty hard for some of my achievements and to build my Gamerscore recently - I'd hate to
    have to "spend" those points in order to get some type of in game item.

    But if Xbox gave us something like Amazon coins in addition to Gamerscore, I'd be all for it!

    Yes, I agree with all of this. It is getting very frustrating. Makes you not want to take any chances with spending extra coins for additional balls. But that takes so much of the fun out of the game. I do not understand why Microsoft doesn't get this addressed.

    Since the work around didn't work as directed. Has there been any additional updates to the missing coins from 4-23? Is there any other possibility of getting the coins credited to the account or was is the credit process for requesting a refund at this
    time?

    same here it is like flipping a coin - the game will normally work but getting the free stuff is nearly impossible the past week - but when the game is broken i just do not play.
