when i unlock achievements on xbox one gamerscore total keeps going down

when i unlock achievements on xbox one gamerscore total keeps going down to 481,135 then when i unlock another it fixes it self but then goes back down to 481,135 my gamerscore total at the minute is 481,550 is this normal its only been since yesterday
its been happening

okay so last week before the june update my total gamerscore had the total of both my xbox 360 and xbox one achievements added together which equaled 42300. but now after the update the total gamerscore is only showing my xbox 360 total gamerscore which
is 35575. Also now i cant even unlock anymore xbox one achievements.

 

Gamerscore not adding up to what I should have? Glitching?

Mine gamerscore goes down to 23,995 EVERY TIME I unlock an achievent on my xbox one, but every time I unlock an achievement on my 360, it puts my gamerscore back to normal again.

they pop on xbox one its just that the score goes down for some reason

 

I am getting the same issue. However it always seems to come right back. I think your gamerscore is safe However, have you recently got achievements in PUBG? I did yesterday and that seems to be the gamerscore that is disappearing for me.

 

i dont play pugb the achievements do pop then random times add to the total score but then the total score goes wrong

Sorry you are having issues. I would recommend you to
remove and re-add your account.

*******Very important make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing from the console.**********

If unsure what the email is you can go to Settings>Account>sign in security and passkey> in middle column at top will say show on home if checked will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage, if not checked will show in this box.

already tried this 2-3 times still got the problem hopefully it might go back to normal

 

Hey Rich, sounds like the console would benefit from a
soft factory reset (while keeping games and apps). Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
