When I try to start ark ascended it says “Update Needed” you need this update but we can’t...

Please power cycle your console. Turn off your Xbox Series X and unplug the power cable. Wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn on the console.

And then clear alternate MAC address. To do this, kindly go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear. Restart your console.

Kindly make sure that your console is updated to the latest firmware version. Go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads and check for updates.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps please uninstall dn then reinstall Ark Ascended. This will delete all the corrupted files from the game that'll make it work smoothly.

Also, when we try to enter the online server it tell that I need a online access but, the Xbox is linked and I can download gamepass games or play online on other game. It's only with Ark survival ascended
