When I try to sign in to the Xbox app on pc nothing happens

Kindly make sure that the "Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service" is running on your services. To do so, please follow the steps below:

On your search bar type in "Services", once launched scroll down then locate the mentioned services, right-click then choose "start" then try again.

How to Roll Back Windows 10 to a Previous Version of Windows

To go back to a previous version of Windows, do the following:



If your computer is unplugged, make sure you plug it into the wall outlet and click Next.



Click Start and type "recovery".



Select Recovery Options (System Setup).



Under Recovery, select Go Back to Windows [X], where [X] is the previous version of Windows.



Select a reason for the reversal, then click Next.



Click Back to Windows [X].



Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the rollback.

When the rollback is complete, the computer will boot into the previous version of Windows. If you used a password to log in in the previous version of Windows, you will need that password to log in.

I did the steps, and unfortunately the same thing happens. I open the xbox app, and can't sign in. When I click the sign in button, nothing happens. It looks like the app refreshes in the background (games list reload) but nothing occurs.

1.i am signed in microsoft store

2.my account is added at email and accounts

3.yes, it is up to date

4.i cant post a screenshot,but when i sign in on xbox pc app it just flashes for a second and nothing happens after

thanks for the reply but its not letting me sign in on the Microsoft store, Xbox app and the companion app. when i press the sign in button on Microsoft store nothing happens and on the xbox app and companion app, i press sign in to xbox live and for a split second something try's to load but instantly closes itself. as i said I've tried repairing uninstalling but it still wont work.
