    when I try to sign in it says I couldn't be signed in and under it, it says invalid JSON string. Does anyone know how to fix this please I haven't been able to sign in for a month! TIA

    I was trying to sign into my xbox account on my computer using the xbox app, but I keep getting a error that says invalid JSON String. Does anyone know how to fix this so that I can sign into my account?

    Thanks for the immediate response. You may reset the Windows Store cache. Here's how:

    1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

    2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.

    3. The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close once the Store's Cache has been reset.

    If the issue persists, make sure to perform the solutions provided on this
    link     that may be helpful in fixing problems signing in to the Xbox app.

    A friend of mine is having problems signing into the the Xbox app. my friend tried logging his account into the Xbox app on his brothers pc but when he tried to login to his computer it gave him a error code saying invalid JSON string
    I have the same problem on my windows pc. Don't know what to do(
