    When I try to redeem code it says something went wrong, try again later.


    Spoke to support on this website a couple of days ago and they said my code for madden 16 was active and I couldn't get a definitive reason as to why it wasn't working. Since then there's an alert on here to say that the status of this service is limited.

    I want to know how long this is going to be the case for? Is xbox going to compensate their customers?
