    When I try to purchase as games I get an "oops something went wrong" message.


    My dudes and dudets, when i try to purchase some games like borderlands 3, and some others i get an "oops something went wrong" message with a different code every time. And no support from the autobots ☹️. Does anyone know what can be done or which MS
    service has to be accessed to fix it?

    For cases like this make sure to perform a powercycle to sync your game data.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    Solution 1: Please try to remove and re-add the payment method. After doing that, try purchasing the game again and see if it works.

    Solution 2: Try purchasing the game on both a computer's web browser and the console's store section.

    Solution 3: Try to link your payment method with a Paypal account then use the Paypal account to make purchases and see if it works.

    No, I've used it quite a few times. It started when I tried to purchase dlcs on my laptop. Message just reads oops. Something went wrong. Attach a screenshot at my earliest convenience

    XCOM Enemy Unknown add-ons have vanished.

    They still show up when you go to purchase them via the Xbox One part of the website but they seem to be gone in their entirety beyond that. Clicking on them gets you an "Oops, something went wrong" message. The actual DLC seems to be gone.
