when i try to press log in on xbox.com nothing happens

You are signed in already thats why it isnt doing anything in the very top right corner you can see your gamerpic click that

Windows 10 is up to date. Are you able to sign in to the
Microsoft account website? If you are able to successfully sign in to the Microsoft account website, go strait to the
Xbox website from the same web page to find out if it signs you in to the Xbox website. Are you able to sign in to the Xbox website from a different browser? Be sure to let us know the results!

Thanks for updating us with your reply. If you haven't already done so, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies for your particular web browser, then trying again. Alternatively, you can try logging in using a different web browser to see if you
get the same, or different results.

Have you already tried the troubleshooting previously provided to you by my fellow XBF Leo G? If not, then you may wish to do so since it could possibly be due to your PC requiring a Windows 10 update. Here's a link to the Windows 10 Update assistant in
case you need it: Windows 10 Update Assistant.

Give the troubleshooting a try and please let us know the results.

Thx, yes I did those steps first but didn't work so I didn't know what to do,I had to change the unit for a new one sadly
