when i try to pley elderscrolls it tells me to purchase game but i own it

im having trouble playing elderscrolls , when it says its installed but when i start it , it takes me to store and says play or buy copy ? **** im pretty sure i bought it from this console

I can't buy Recore after free trial expired

After playing my 30 min. Free trial I tried to purchase ReCore and it reads You already own this product, however, when I try to launch the game it tells me my free trial has expired and I need to purchase the game.When I try to
purchase the game it still reads You already own this product but when I press play I'm told to purchase the game because my free trial is over.

 

I cannot purchase Fable III, I try and it tells me to try again.

When I try to make a purchase by ABY of my posted payment methods, I get a screen that says this:
Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

I have been trying on and off since the announcement earlier, It won't work on my XBOX 360 nor through my account on my computer.
Anyone else having this problem? All other downloads seem to work just fine.

 

Did you purchase the game digitally, or did you install it with the a disc?

If you have the digital version of the game, you must be logged in with the account that purchased it.

If you installed the game with a disc, you need to have the disc in the drive in order to play it.
