Hey I have a game that I installed and when I try to play it it says that I have to purchase it from the Microsoft store, but when I go to the Microsoft store it says that I have the game installed already? Can anyone please help me?

Also check that the location where you try to buy is the same country you're currently in.

For example, I'm from Germany, and when I accidentally try to buy a game from the US store (as
Major Nelson often links to the US Store) I also often get this message that I need to contact Microsoft Support.

When I change to the German marketplace, I can finally buy the game.
