    Error when i thy to play the BF1

    I bought the BF 1 in 07/07, when I try to start get the warning that the purchase was canceled or was refunded, but I did not get the money and not canceled the purchase. I need an answer and help, urgent.

    Taptiles does not work

    When I try to play Taptiles the program show the commercial then when I press play I get thrown out to the desktop. The program is up to date, and shows no updates at this time.

    I haven't really played online yet since I'm still trying to finish up everything in singleplayer. But when I get online I plan to play all of the missions at least once and compete in whatever race I'm thrown in and slowly, but surely, build up my ride.

    I'm getting so frustrated. I've been dealing with this same issue for 3 weeks now. I've tried every suggestion you've provided and nothing helps. Right now I'm looking at an error on bf1 that says I'm missing online access, when i know i have access until
    Feb. I get kicked from every game i try to play... for 3 weeks!! This has got to be fixed or you lose a xbox customer for life.
