    Please uninstall the current version of Uplay from your system.

    Download the latest version of Uplay from: https://steamcommunity.com/app/242050/discussio...

    Install the new version and try launching the game again.

    And then update Windows. Kindly ensure that your Windows operating system is fully updated. Sometimes, missing updates can cause compatibility issues.

    Next is to run as administrator. Right-click on the game executable and select "Run as administrator".

    Then disable antivirus. Plaese disable your antivirus software Temporarily to see if it's causing the issue.

    Indeed, I know that it's regarding Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, when you buy Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag - Season Pass on Xbox One version it will not work on Xbox 360 because there is a version for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag on Xbox 360 console and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag for Xbox One. Those two are different.
