    Sorry about that issue but first try to delete your cache memory ( on the main menu, press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec and restart ). If its still not working, delete your local data ( at question prompt choose only local
    cause if you choose also cloud one, you will loose everything… ).
