    When i try to load up any game to buy on the store on xbox it comes up with page could not be loaded. Please try again later. Any help?

    This happened to me as well, there may be something wrong with the service so I would suggest restarting your console and trying again?

    Hi Jermima,

    Are you receiving an error with a code? I just had that happened to me a few minutes ago while trying to install Sonic Generations. All I did was restarting my console by pressing and holding the Xbox button

    No i was trying to buy a game off the store and it wouldnt load so i tried many others and they didnt but i checked and the services are down

    *** that's not great. Um so basically somehow I contact Microsoft NZ and talk it over with them? It doesent make any weird sounds when in use or loading games

    Hi,

    same problem here. I tried to load my savegame from the 360 to my One, but when I start the game it says something like "Can't load, missing content".

    I think that's because in my "Classic"-version, sequence 12 and 13 were already included and I didn't buy it as separate DLC. When I try to load the DLCs ingame, it only takes me to the store to buy them again.
