    I have tried to attach screenshots but it repeatedly fails to upload. when i launch the xbox app on windows i dont get the same message, nor if i launch minecraft legends through the xbox app, only minecraft.

    Hey there, I had the exact scenario happen as well.I try signing in on the java launcher and it still says "We can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live." Could I ask, how were you able to get around this?

    If this is only showing up on Minecraft, it can be an in-game ban or suspension. But to check further please sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com using all Microsoft accounts that you own and once confirmed that it's not on your Microsoft account or Xbox profile you can submit a ticket to Mojang so they can check this for you.

    Thank you so much for that! In this case, it would be best to submit a ticket to Mojang so they can check if it’s an issue with the game.

    Are you signed into two profiles on your console when trying to access Minecraft? If so, I believe it will prompt you during the launch of the game for which Xbox Account to sign in.
