When i try to install a game, it doesn't work

So this is what happens. In the last month, i tried to install Forza Motosport 5, Overwatch and Battlefield 1.

The first one was Forza, it seems everything was fine, but when i started a race, some parts of it did not load, i was racing in voids of infinity, and then, it crashed, i tried to install it again, the same happened.

Battlefield, took almost 2 days and when i finally played the campaign, after the tutorial, in the first scene of the first mission, it crashed, froze the console and i had to hard reset it.

And Overwatch, i played the tutorial, then i searched for a game, and then, a black screen appeared, then the game froze and i had to return to the XBOne menu.

My question is: The heck is happening to my console? is it broken? or is because my internet?

im trying to install a game but it doesn't work...WHY!?

 

Corrupt files on external hardrive

when I go back and play games that I haven't played in a while it says the game isn't ready yet even though its installed. I uninstall and try reinstalling it but it says the game file is corrrupt and it doesn't install. When I install it directly to the
internal hardrive it works but when I try to install to my external hardrive it doesn't. I've tried everything. Please help

 

It may be your internet if it's too slow.

However, please first try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

If it does not
then try a factory reset. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

Do you have a very slow internet?

 

Sometimes, Download speed is at 20mb, but then, it drops to 1mb or the download stops, is Wireless so maybe that's the problem

 

So, i came to a conclusion, it is because my internet is too slow.

After doing all the things you said, i started to download Forza 5, but the download, randomly was stopping, and sometimes my download speed was at 20 mb but sometimes was at 500kb.

I went to sleep, so i left the Instant On option selected. The game was at 3% when i "turn off", but when i woke up and i checked it, it was at 8%, only 5% more, after 8 hours.

I mean, i've download games like gears 4 by downloading while the XBone was "turn off". But now it is impossible
