    My profile wont work on an xbox 360 it just keeps saying that my password didnt work. I also can play xbox 360 games on xbox one that are available on the game pass. Its just my profile that isnt working as works with others on the same xbox.

    I just got a replacement Xbox 360. When I try to use my current profile, it says the password is wrong, even though I know it's right. I reset my password. It STILL doesn't work. How can I have my Xbox Live profile on my 360?? It was FINE on the old one.

    I just removed my profile from my XBOX one account and then added it back in with no problem. When I go to play a 360 game and try to download my profile, it keeps telling me that the password is not correct. Please advise.
