When I try to download FN, it says it corrupt , any help ?

Thank you. When factory resetting, did you choose to keep your games and apps?

If so, please try a complete factory reset instead. Having to redownload all your games may not be ideal, but I recommend trying this troubleshooting step:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Select Reset and remove everything.

Cancel the download and try again: Instead of clicking the file you want to download, right-click the link and select Save link as

Check your Internet connection: If your Internet connection is unstable, try to fix connection errors

Repair the file: You can try to repair the file using file repair software

Turn off Protected View options: Open Word or Excel > go to Trust Center > Trust Center settings > go to Protected View

Unlock the file: Right-click the file you are having difficulty opening and choose Properties.

Change Component Services settings: Click “Start” and enter dcom, right-click Component Services and choose Run as managed
