When I try to contact support, I can't do anything.

May we know is the browser updated?

May we ask from what country or region you are?

May we know if the same issue happens if you were using different browser?

Keep your device updated, make sure your time, date and device's location are correct.

Please try to use updated Microsoft Edge.

Please try to use InPrivate Browser.

Try to connect to a different internet connection (like mobile data).

Try different device (like phone).

however when a key is redeemed you can't do anything

Have you already tried a hard reset? All you have to do is hold the power button on the console until it turns off (it should only take about 10 seconds). After that, turn it back on and try again.

If it still doesn't work, then I'd suggest try again on Xbox.com.

Hi! I recommend instead of immediately contacting xbox support (https://beta.support.xbox.com).
You can do it via chat or phone and you'll see that you'll immediately solve the problem without wasting time!
