When I try to connect Minecraft PE to my Microsoft Account the game crashes

As I understand it, you are experiencing issues with running a game on your device.

Is it possible that your phone could either be running an outdated software version or an outdated version of the game?

If either your phone or the game needs an update, this could be affecting gameplay.

Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!

and what is the error codes you get when trying to sign in?

Also do you have the Xbox app installed on your device?
