When I try to click the live streaming button under capture and share, it won't load at all.

   5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
      
   6. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
      
   7. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
      
   8. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

I don't see anything of those settings.

Yeah. I did all that and still no results. This all started after the latest update in October.

Can you try to perform the following steps:

DELETE PROFILE:



Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Gamer Profile > Choose your Gamertag > select Delete Profile ONLY.



CLEAR CONSOLE SYSTEM CACHE:



Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Highlight Hard Drive > press Y and choose Clear System Cache (3x).



DELETE CORRUPTED FILES:



Please go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps and look for a yellow warning symbol (!) among the files.



RESET NETWORK SETTINGS:



Kindly go to Settings >> select System Settings > Select Network Settings >> Select the name of your wireless network/wired network > Select Configure Network > select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.



RE-DOWNLOAD PROFILE:



On your dashboard, choose Social > Select Sign in or out Then select Download Profile > You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
