when I try to change my gamertag there’s an error...

I've tryed all of these suggestments and I still get the same error code when I try to change my XBL gamertag.

I changed my gamertag awhile ago from “XCD to xcd” and was able to change it back to “XCD” with no issue now when I try to change it back to lowercase I get the same error

“Something went wrong. Try your gamertag again.” Been like this for awhile

Hello, im trying to change my Gamertag, im from Spain, my xbox region is Spain and language Spanish, when im trying to change my Gamertag i put the information of my credit card and my other information, then when i click in accept i cant change the name
because one error is open... I put all the information good and i have money in the credit card but its impossible.. Please i need to change my gamertag

On xbox it says “You’ve used your free gamertag change. To change it again, you’ll need to buy a gamertag change on xbox.com.” I’ve never changed it and it doesn’t tell me i need to buy a gamertag change when i try on xbox.com, it just does nothing when
i click claim then gives me the error when I refresh.
