I'm located at El Salvador. I've tried this different options:

From my Xbox One console: I've tried to buy it with a Credit Card and with Microsoft Balance, and it's not possible.

From the Marketplace website (Using Paypal and using a Credit Card): I get the message: "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

From an Xbox 360 console: I received the error 80150017 and it's not possible to download it.

I've contacted support previously and they told me that eventually will not be possible to purchase products with credit cards issued outside US.

Please help me to find a solution, because you have a lot of customers in countries where Microsoft doesn't have a store.

Backward Compatibility

Im constantly getting "Sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again" whenever I try to buy any Backward Compatibility game. how do I resolve this?

I just checked under settings > network > network settings and it says purchases and content usage are currently experiencing issues.

You can always go to Xbox.com/status to see whats working and what’s not.

Maybe this is the issue?

They need to remake modern warfare 2 because the servers on the backwards compatible version has no one playing.

Modern Warfare 2 isn't backwards compatible on Xbox One. You can keep up to date with backwards compatible games from these places:

Yeah, as we all want to know the upcoming games for the backwards compatibility it is kept more as a surprise. I really miss Modern Warfare 2 on the Xbox 360. It was one of the only games that I played. We all just have to wait and hope that our favorite
games get put backwards compatible
