when i try to block communications from a fellow xbox 360 user i get, can't complete process, i kept declining friendship requests from said user while playing grand theft auto 5 online.

now when i try to block communications with him i get listed error message and it doesn't delete it self. is this a bug or virus or a hacker attack??

i don't want my xbox live account hacked!

I was plying Destiney on my xbox 360, and I tried to add a friend to help me in the future. but when I tried to add him it popped up a message saying "Can't complete this process. Pleas try again. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/Support".

I don't think your account is at any risk, so there is no need to worry about any of that.

Just to be sure you are trying to block the user via the same steps mentioned here:

When reporting a user it is best not to message them, If they are using a lag switch just block and report and to try get a enforcement appeal follow the link provided by a fellow ambassador

Go to http://account.microsoft.com/privacy and adjust your Xbox settings. You can't completely block people from adding you, but blocking them from things like communications and viewing your profile can cut down on it.

You bring up their profile/gamercard and select "block" (on the Xbox One) or "block communications" (on the Xbox 360). Doing this will prevent them from being able to communicate with you in any way, shape, or form: they can't send you messages (voice or
text) and can't talk to you in chat (in-game or while in a party). A word of caution, however - if you send them a message or an invite, it cancels out your blocked communications, which would enable them to message you again.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation being caused from abusive messages. Besides blocking the communications it is recommended to block the users account as well. When you select their profile you see an option that says "Report or Block" and then block
the users profile.
