    hi guys I typed in my xbox live code and it was accepted.. but when I try to go online in gta it tells me "your profile does not have permission to access GTA Online. Return to Grand Theft auto V" why is it not working?

    You need a gold subscription in order to play online.

    I can sign in on my account doesnt say anything about connecting to xbox live but as soon as i go to go on an online game it says your profile doesnt have permissions to go online ( grand theft auto , fifa and others ) help ???

    I'm having the exact same problem.

    I have purchased a bundle with Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V: Story Mode (Xbox Series X|S)

    I've logged in on my Xbox Series X and it is downloading the normal version of Grand Theft Auto and not the Xbox Series X|S version.

    I've deleted all data and it is still downloading the normal version. I've even logged in on XBOX online and tried installing remotely but still no joy.
