    I'm also getting "Something went Wrong" right now when trying to open up the "new games" section on the store. Addons and demos I can all see fine, but the new games section doesn't want to load appearently.

    Hey there,

    Try holding the power button on your Xbox One console down until it powers down and boot back up. If the issue persists, could you post back what you're trying to do specifically that is causing this error to pop up?

    I have the same error on a digital copy. I let it install fully over night hoping it would start, tried this morning before work and still had the error. I guess I'll try the hard reset again when I get home from work. (Tried hard reset when it was partially
