    Itried adding my account to the family group and it says another user is using that Microsoft account on this device so you can't use it, and itried removing account from consel but it wont work

    When i tried to add my account to the family it says another user on this device is using this microsoft account, so you cant use that here. That is what it says and im using an xbox 1 s not a pc

    Thanks Bate. As Mister Gwyther mentioned, the only way you can add his account to your Family Plan is if his account is on the same console as yours. Just to clarify, what exactly happens when your son's account is on your console? Does his account show
    up in the list? Do you get an error trying to add him? Thanks!
