When you say that your Wireless connection is not working, do you mean that your console can connect to it but it is just very slow and doesn't let you do anything on the console or the console cannot even connect to it?

If the console can connect to it, please check your current NAT type:

Press the Xbox button > Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type to be Open. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

Let me know your NAT type. If you can share a picture of it, even better.

You are using your school wifi to play on Xbox?

Well my webpage doesnt have upnp and its school wifi im using and its wireless and i cant use ethernet cable.but it worked on my xbox just fine before xmas and through last summer.

If you don't know how to access your modem/router configuration webpage, please contact your Internet Service Provider. But usually it is 192.168.0.1. You should see an option to turn on or off UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router. Please turn it on and restart your modem/router.

Test your connection again on your console and let me know how it goes, please.
