What game is it you are having issues with? The more info, the better.

I've been looking for a list too, but they're hard to find. I've been seeing a lot of random pictures on the wiki though too that haven't been sorted. I saw around half the Sirens headpieces when I was browsing through every picture on the wiki, but when
I went to the siren page itself, only a couple of them were linked. Someone should start sorting/cataloging.

Thought I'd also add I have the digital version not disc like the OP, mine freezes when the 5th star loads up in top right corner when sirens are sounding, then it will close game and take me back to the home. All 18 of my other digital games start fine,
GTAV is the only one with the problem.

Thank you, but this is not the issue. It loads and freezes here and there while loading on green xbox one start up screen and continues to stay on the screen longer than normal. When it finally goes to the next screen which should be home screen it shows
nothing as if its still trying to load it.. Now there was one time where it did show the boxes for each game in the home screen but would only be the boxes surround what normally would have pictures of the games to click on or other apps. Noticed cod still
updating but nothing would happen when i clicked on queue.

no after gta every game when i start and console show first picture in start the game was close with any error or ....
