When i start "Flight simulator" or "Dirt5" my Xbox Series X shuts down.

I just want to clarify, did you choose to reset it removing everything already? Because if yes and it's happening in multiple games you may need to send it to Microsoft Repair Center to get it checked.

Thank you for letting me know and yes, I agree with you however since this is happening with multiple games and we have performed resetting it keeping games and apps and the same issue persists. The repair will be the best option.

But the peculiarity is that this problem persists with only two games. With fifa, cod, forza motorsport and all the other games I've played the problem doesn't exist. It seems strange to me that it could be some kind of hardware problem because if it were so I should have this problem with all game.

No. Flight Simulator is only on the Series S/X or PC.

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)
