When I sign in on gears of war 2 it will freeze the game and then kick me out of the game....

i don't know any ways to fix this i have tried everything and my game still freezes i bought the gears of war 4 xbox and love gears of war and rn i can't play gears of war 2

I tried it and it still didn’t work I even try deleting the game and downloading it again and it still don’t work it, works for other names but not mine I even tried deleting and downloading my name on the Xbox 360 game but that still didn’t work.

Thank you for the detailed information. As the last resort, we can reset the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be frustrating when games do not work the way they should. So, Gears of War 4 loads but returns back to the dashboard or does it return to the beginning of the game start menu? Is it just Gears of War 4
that does this action or does this happen with other games as well?
