    Usually they give instructions on what they'll need from you and like the others said if it's not on the list don't send it, it's possible you won't see those items returned if you do.

    Anytime you send anything back for replacement or repair, the service center will instruct you on what to ship back. If you send back more than requested, chances are you wont get them back. :)

    I am going to try calling again because I was looking at the support page for the Xbox One Elite Controller and it says if you send it in for repair to keep all removable accessories and only send the controller in.
