  4. When I Restart my PC or Router on XBOX App for PC Teredo is unable to qualify

    Hi,

An incorrect network configuration is one possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue. Check out

Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”
and follow the steps provided. The solutions on that page can help resolve this issue.

We also recommend that you power cycle your network hardware. Here are the steps:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
    2. Wait five minutes.
    3. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
    4. Plug in the rest of your hardware. Check if the same issue occurs.

Keep us posted with the results. We'd be glad to provide you additional assistance.
