    I can buy game on the store

    They do show up

    movies and tv I buy online don't show up on my xbox one

    I cannot buy anything on xbox one

    movies and tv and games nothing

    Microsoft Account on Xbox 360 no Billing Information Appears

    I am able to login into my Microsoft Account on my Xbox 360, but I cannot purchase items from the Store because my billing information doesn't appear. I am prompted to enter billing information but the boxes are for US locations only (I am in Canada). My
    billing information appears when I login to my account on a Windows PC.

    I checked the Recent Activity page on my account and for the dates that I logged in on the Xbox the Session Type is "Unusual Activity Detected" and Approximate Location "Unknown". When I log on a Windows PC Session Type is "Successful Log in" and Approximate
    Location is "Canada". The Xbox 360 location is set to Canada.

    I want to be able to purchase items from the store, I have the free Xbox Live membership which is linked to my Microsoft Account.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can't Purchase At All

    It's kind of weird right now. I can use my account money to make purchases on my Xbox One but I cant make any purchases at all on my Xbox 360. Xbox One shows the amount I have available to spend while the 360 shows that I have nothing on file to make the
    purchase.

    I did contact support for this through the online chat and they said I somehow have Xbox Live Gold for both Canada and the US even though I'm in Canada and setup my account for Canada purchases. Even my consoles region is set on Canada but when I try entering
    a credit card I can't choose Canada, it's stuck on United States. It doesn't make much sense. They basically told me they can't do anything about it, so I've wasted about $70 purchasing Xbox cards to buy DLC.

    Just a note: I owned the Xbox One before owning a 360. Maybe I didn't setup the 360 correctly?

    I've had this done, someone gave me a code as a gift, wouldn't work because it was purchased in the US, and I am in Canada > never got a good explaination as to why it wouldn't work, just that it was a US code, even when I was in the US trying to put it
    on my account it didn't work.

    Was told I would have to go out and purchase my own points in a Canadian store, and have my friend send me the money for the points.

    After enough compaining, they cancelled it and re-issued me a new code as a 'one-time-thing'.

    In summary, there are many times where buying points code and sending that, will not work.

    I moved from Canada to the USA for 6 months, By keeping my info set as Canadian I'm able to use and play everything I own. When I make purchases they are still through the Canadian store. The minute you officially switch to another region. All those games
    stop working and you are limited to the region your in.

    Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
