    When I tap the Xbox home button, after a while, this error code shows up: 0x87b20c08. It tells me to search it on error helps and the code doesn't exist.

    0x87b20c08 I get this error code lately. When I hit the Xbox button to go home.. nothing happens. It takes a minute for it to respond. I thought it was the controller so I went out and got a new controller and it's still doing the same
    thing. I get this error code saying to shut off the console and try again.

    Anyone else getting this? Is my Xbox one's Bluetooth going out and not recognizing the controller? This is frustrating.

    Thanks for your reply, I understand that's the case however I was more concerned about the buttons that control the actual Xbox such as the home button and the navigation buttons. For example of I press the Xbox home button will it turn on my Xbox the same
    way it does when pressed on the controller.

    It does not.Only way my controller turns on and get to the menu when I need is when I press the home button and up and right on the D pad at the same time. My home button is completely unresponsive on it's own
