    Sign in problem

    My Xbox says something went wrong when I try to press the logo on the controller. It shows error code 0x90070490. I have tried resetting it multiple times and nothing has worked. All of the buttons I am selecting are outlined in blue, and when I was typing
    in an error report, the X button wouldn't work as backspace, and holding the joystick to the left or right only made it move over one letter. Please help!

    Problem

    My Xbox is not signing in and every time I press the sign in option on the home screen or the home button on the controller it doesn't but shows an error and asks to go to home and press menu button for help but when I press the menu button it doesn't work
    and the home button is not working but it shows an error. I've tried restarting it but it does not help.???

    Thanks for your reply, I understand that's the case however I was more concerned about the buttons that control the actual Xbox such as the home button and the navigation buttons. For example of I press the Xbox home button will it turn on my Xbox the same
    way it does when pressed on the controller.
