When i press LT it presses RT on My xbox 1x controller.

Please check that your controller is up to date through the "Xbox Accessories" app, once you verify that it is, check if the same error occurs by connecting the controller via USB and wirelessly.

Something you could also do is clear the console cache, sometimes this can cause problems with the controllers.

To clear it follow this process:

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

When your console does this can you try pressing LT + RT + Y on your controller as this will refresh the dashboard and you will hopefully get everything back.

Possible solution reset the dashboard, pressing the RT,LT and Y. The dashboard will blink when successful

hold both shoulders on the controller and press y at the same time so press LT RT LB RB and Y at the same time to reset your game save do this at the McLaren p4 home screen where it says press A to continue

The key to doing this i figured out is when you press LT for instance don't just press it hold it and while holding it then press RT then hold that and just repeat process but dont forget to hold the trigger not just press it, hope that helps.
