when i play tomb raider, the screen becomes white and i cannot fix this problem

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Just to clarify, is this the only game you're having trouble with? If so, it's possible there may be a problem with the game's installation. I recommend trying the following steps to resolve it:

Step 1: REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and confirm.

4. Select Close.

Step 2: POWER DRAIN

1. Make sure that your console is turned on, then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on the console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

If the above doesn't work, try using a different account to see if it works. This is to rule out that this is not an account issue.

Step 3: If using other accounts is still an issue, try reinstalling the game.

Step 4: Try connecting your Xbox to a totally different network. For example, a data connection on your phone > Set it as a HotSpot > Then connect your Xbox from there > then launch the game.

Step 5: Restore your console to factory defaults.

To factory reset your console, follow the steps below.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

Please select option 2, which is to keep games and apps.

1. Reset and remove everything

2. Reset and keep my games and apps

3. Cancel

Note: If all the above steps fail, I would recommend reporting this issue via the Xbox Insider Hub App. You can download the Xbox Insider Hub via the Xbox Store. Once downloaded, launch it the once it opens > Download the Report a Problem feature.

Once that is downloaded, pressing the Xbox button will now show a new button that says Report a problem. Please use that button to report this issue.

rather they remake the first one in 1080p, only thing about the new tomb raider i liked was the longbow and the multiplayer with its traps n the long bow lol

All i wanna do when i play tomb raider is raid dangerous trap strewn tombs and spend 4 days with my mind boggled at the worlds most basic puzzle, take me back the brutal tomb raiding days, save crystal n a t rex lool If it weren't for Lara i'd be getting
muddled up these days between Tomb Raider and Uncharted there slowly becoming the same game :/

?...switched consoles....? The ONLY game console that I own is the single 360 E that the FREE 'Tomb Raider' was downloaded into. When I go to MY Games and select 'Tomb Raider', I get the game "Start" screen. When I select 'Start', it goes to the LIVE
logon page. Using any button (i.e. red/B or </Back) gets me back to the "Start" screen. I have not found a way to play this downloaded game WITHOUT logon to LIVE!

far from boring i brough tomb raider on the 360 then when it came to the xbox one i brought it there aswell i own tomb raider and rise of the tomb raider and loved them both
