when i play on line after a few moments it kicks me out

is there anyone that can help me understand my xbox one and why it keeps kicking me out after a few rounds of online play and it wont even recognize some of my games

Yeah this is wild I had issues the first 3 days, then everything was completely fine with very few boots, like maybe 3 the whole time up until a few weeks ago. I felt so fortunate that I wasn't one of the people having issues for like a whole month but
now it's really really bad. Yet it never kicks me out of the raid when I'm in a party. It kicks me when I try to play by myself, usually keeps me online during matchmaking but will kick me offline the moment the match ends. It's beyond my understanding
atm.

Xbox cuts off if im not playing online

When i am playing online I stay on the internet fine but when I am waiting for something to finish downloading it kicks me offline after 20 minutes or when I am playing a single player and trying to talk to my friends in a party I hear them at first then
they stop talking it kicks me out of the party and I rejoin and it kicks me out after 10 more seconds. Also when I play a single player game I stay connected to live for about 10 minutes then it kicks me off then I reconnect and it does the same thing everyday
for the last month I dont know what to do.

Are you getting kicked from multiple games or only specific ones? And when you say your Xbox One console "won't recognize" some games, do you mean it won't boot them up or it won't read the discs? It sounds like you have a bunch of things going on at once
here so let's start with the games. If your issue is that your console won't read certain game discs, take a peek at the
disc error page and give those steps a try.

As far as the connectivity issues go - Start by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds and seeing if that helps. If not, the next thing you'll want to do is try resetting your home network so unplug that for 5 minutes and then plug
it all back in and try again.

Keep us posted with all the details you can so we can narrow things down.

There is problems with the servers at the moment.

A few people are having freezing issues, on main screen, when I joined a online game after 5 mins,

it found one but while loading map it kicked me back to main menu.

They are working on these problem, so hopefully in a few days it should be sorted.

I have never had or lost conection to live til this. Before this happen everything was fine. Was playing cod bo when this came out on the 12th and kicked me when I loged back in I had to agree with the terms and since then I been getting kicked. My isp tells
me my line is fine and nothing on their end nor mine has changed.
