When i play COD multiplayer xbox shuts off

I have an xbox one console and everytime I play call of duty ward war 2 multiplayer it shuts off and i cant turn it back on unless i unplug power brick and plug it back in. I think its a cod issue because i play gears multi player and no problem. Netflix
no problem either. Soon as it connects to headquaters or a online match it shuts off. I deleted the game and reloaded it and it still does it. Please any help would be greatful.

(Help) "Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost." (Help)

Whenever I play a game and I'm on live it shuts off when I start the game up and therefore I can't play multiplayer on Black Ops or any other multiplayer games!
HELP!

P.S. My internet connection is fine!

 

ERROR CODE POLANA and PHAEDRA

I logged on and was forced to sit thru a downlaod. When the download completed system said he had to shut off and restart. When I attempted to play multiplayer an Error code came up saying POLANA. I then restarted the system then another code came up
as PHAEDRA.

I attempted to look up the error code and there is nothing on file. How do I correct this error???

 

update: I Cleared the cache and it still does it.

 

ok so I’ve been playing a lot of shipment so I decided to play another game mode a few games and it worked. Then I went back to shipment and played prolly ten games or so and it started doing it again. This is weird. Must think I’m a glitching or something
when all I play is shipment.

In this situation we recommend
uninstalling the game,
power cycling the console, then reinstalling the title.

Let's also make sure the console is plugged directly into a wall outlet to ensure the console is getting the proper amount of power.
