You should look under subscriptions in your Microsoft account to check if everything's fine with your Gamepass subscription. If the issue persists, and you do have an active subscription, you might want to contact support.

You could try checking if the account with the subscription is the same as the one you're trying to play the game on. Or maybe your subscription has expired.

Thanks for the quick response. I currently do not have an active subscription for Game Pass / Game Pass Gold. When I click the icon to redeem it, it takes me to the Xbox page for it, and there is a redeem button. When I click that, it opens Microsoft Store and goes to the 'Updates & Downloads section, and directly to the 'Included With Device' tab. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

You should have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to access the game since the game is only included on the XGPU plan.
