    Hi Xbox. On my Xbox One S, when I open the “Full Library” tab under “Games,” it shows all of the previous owner’s old, and I believe, new games. How do I get rid of these games so I can only see ones I’ve downloaded?

    That would mean the previous owner has the console set as their Home. They would need to change that setting.

    When did you update your gamertag, it can take a few days to update sometimes. Also is your old gamer tag only showing up on your Xbox profile or is it across all of your Microsoft devices?

    Where the changegamertag is just type in your new gamertag to ensure it shows up correctly.

    "If your gamertag uses non-Latin-based characters, your previous gamertag will continue to appear for older, classic experiences, such as some games and Xbox websites, while your new gamertag will appear on modern experiences, such as your Xbox console and the Xbox apps for PC and mobile."

    I have tried, no one to contact at yahoo. So started a new account with gmail.

    so i have changed my account with microsoft but on the xbox it keeps asking for password for the yahoo account.....
    Be aware, that if you used your Yahoo email to sign into a Microsoft Account, the Microsoft Live service will create an account with a username that looks like your Yahoo email, but is completely separate from the Yahoo email.

    So you "just" need to recover the Microsoft Account password.

    However, if your only security fallback for sending a reset confirmation is that one Yahoo email, and you don't have access to your Yahoo email anymore, then you're probably out of luck.

    Make sure to always keep several fallback emails and phone numbers on
