To answer your question, may we confirm if you have already tried to check your other accounts? Possibly you have signed into a different account or else your games achievement was not saved/synced well. Also, try to cross check the account you signed into the game and compare it on it's Xbox Profile. See if you have Xbox Profile on that specific account by signing in here - Xbox Profile. Microsoft Jigsaw should at least be on the list of your achievements.

I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.

I found the puzzle folder on my c drive. The pictures have downloaded but there must be a software issue as when you select the picture to do the puzzle, you get booted out of Microsoft jigsaw.
