Thanks for the reply, just to clarify I didn’t loose access I just gave my Xbox away and now want to try and get back into the account. The exact message it says when I try to log in now is, Sign-in with (my dads email) is blocked for one of these reasons:

Someone entered the wrong password too many times.

If you signed up for this account through an organisation, you might not be able to use it yet.

Although I don’t remember trying to log back into the account since now where I didn’t try until I got this info and the account was made with Xbox not another organisation.

I don’t know if there is anything more I could do but any thing would help.

After the PSN thing I changed all my passwords but I'm just wondering if the above is related to someone trying to log in with my gamertag or if its something else
